Accessibility statement
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Status: partially conformant (some parts of the 3D map are visual only; everything they show is also in the page text).
- Motion you control. The 3D map has a "Pause motion" button in the top bar. If your device asks for reduced motion, the map starts paused and the camera jumps instead of flying.
- Everything is also plain text. The 3D map is decoration: every season and every episode is also a normal link list that works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- Keyboard. All links and buttons work with Tab and Enter, with a visible gold focus ring. A "Skip to episodes" link is the first item on the home page.
- Captions. Episodes have English captions on YouTube, and each episode page has the full transcript.
- No flashing faster than three times a second.
Known limits
- The 3D map is decoration: screen readers skip it and read the season text and episode lists instead.
- The optional 4D mode adds sound and vibration only when you turn it on.
- Videos play in the YouTube player, whose accessibility is managed by YouTube.
