Privacy policy
Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies until you press play on a video.
Who is responsible
Vishala Space, an independent channel run by its creator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@vishalaspace.com.
What happens when you visit
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not receive or keep these logs for profiling.
- Fonts, scripts and images are all served from this website itself. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other outside server when a page loads.
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
- Your settings. If you press "Pause motion", that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time.
- Optional 4D mode. Only if you press "4D": sound is made in your browser, Android phones may vibrate briefly, and phones may read the tilt sensor to move the 3D view (iPhone asks your permission first). These readings stay in the page, are never stored or sent, and stop when you turn 4D off.
Videos (YouTube)
Episode pages show a still picture first. Only when you press play (or a chapter button, which plays from that point) does the page load the YouTube player from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) receives data such as your IP address and may store information on your device. This website uses YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. You can also watch every episode directly on YouTube.
If you write to contact@vishalaspace.com, we use your message and address only to reply. Mail is handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and Google (Gmail). We keep emails for as long as the conversation needs, and delete them on request.

There is no newsletter yet. When there is, it will be opt-in only (with a confirmation email), and this policy will be updated first.

No other cookies or local storage are used.
Legal basis
Delivering and securing the site (hosting logs at Cloudflare): our legitimate interest in running a safe website. The pause setting: your request when you press the button. YouTube: your action of pressing play. Replies to email: your request.
How long
We keep no visitor logs of our own. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs for a short period under its own policy. Emails are kept as long as the conversation needs, then deleted on request.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or US state laws) you may ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to contact@vishalaspace.com; we answer within 30 days. This address is also our grievance contact for visitors in India. You can complain to your data protection authority: for example your EU national authority, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the Data Protection Board of India, or the UAE Data Office.
Do Not Track
There is no tracking to switch off: the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
The site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
